Description
Notice is hereby given by BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), of its intent to contract with Infostrux Solutions Inc. to support and mentor internal BCFSA Information Management & Technology (IM&T) staff in the design and development of BCFSA’s modern data architecture. This work will focus on streamlining the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data collection and transformation to presentation for analytics, through the initial implementation of an enterprise data warehouse. The engagement is intended to accelerate progress on BCFSA’s data strategy while building internal capacity for long-term sustainability. 
 
The total value of the contract, from November 17, 2025 to March 31, 2025, will not exceed $165,000.00.

BCFSA believes that no other contractor is qualified or able to provide these services for the following reasons:
  • While BCFSA has in-house data professionals, the team is still maturing and currently operating at reduced capacity. To delivery the data architecture MVP under BCFSA’s data requirements, this short-term procurement will provide essential expertise and capacity to delivery according to the immediate business need.
  • Infostrux brings deep expertise in aligning data and analytics solutions with business strategy, supported by a strong track record of work with clients in the public sector and the financial services sector. Their “teach and go” delivery model emphasizes hands-on knowledge transfer, ensuring BCFSA’s internal teams are equipped to maintain and scale the solution independently after the engagement concludes.
  • The indicated resources are immediately available to start the services and complete them within the desired timeframe and budget. Vendors wishing to object to this decision must contact:

    Objections must be received on or before 2 p.m. (PST) on November 17, 2025 and must include:
  • Specific reasons for the objection.
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in providing comparable services.
  • Evidence of ability to deliver equal or superior outcomes within the same timeframe and at the same or lower cost.BCFSA will evaluate objections based on the vendor’s ability to meet or exceed the service levels and value provided by Infostrux Solutions Inc.
