Notice is hereby given by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), as an agent for the Health Authorities, of its intent to directly award a Contract to the following supplier for the provision of Workday Chief Program Officer (CPO) to support the design and implementation of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) across all health organizations for a term of up to three  (3) years.
