Description
• Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking
Bids from vendors with expertise in catering services meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20251539-OCM-RFP -Workforce Catering Services - Scope of Work . Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract & options:
The anticipated contract term is approximately January 15, 2026, to July 30, 2026, covering planning, menu finalization, operational readiness, delivery of catering services for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, and post-event decommissioning and reporting.
The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Bids/Expressions of Interest may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
