Description
The Ministry intends to amend the current Shared Cost Arrangement SCA24CP102A, with the Supplier. The notice of intent (NOI) to award the original contract was posted from April 13, 2023 until April 23, 2023, and this NOI closed without objections. The contract supports Ecological Goods and Service (EG&S) payments to farmers through programs of the Supplier.
The changes that are being contemplated with the contract amendment are described below.An extension of the contract end date, from March 31, 2026 to March 31, 2028 The addition of $748,872.40 to the contract, bringing the total contract value to $5,767,497.40. Agreement text amendments to clarify Schedule A (Deliverables and Reporting Requirements) and Schedule B (Terms of Payment).
