Description
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals (each a “Proposal”) from experienced and qualified entities, including partnerships, joint ventures or consortia (collectively referred to as (“Proponents”) to supply aggregates for the construction of VFPA’s Landmass and Wharf project (the “Project”).
