Description
VCC is seeking to pre-qualify up to five (5) Roofing Contractors to undertake major roof replacement projects at its Downtown and Broadway campuses. Project anticipated for 2026: Downtown Campus Roof Replacement – replacement of select low-sloped roof areas nearing end of service life at the Downtown Campus and Broadway Campus, Building A, Roof Replacement – replacement of select low-sloped roof assemblies at Building A of the Broadway Campus. The anticipated construction value for this project is $3.5 million.
