    Geotechnical Engineering Consultant Services
    for K116-00 Delta Hospital Energy Centre Upgrade Project
    Document Number: 012NOI26CW

    Fraser Health (FH) intends to direct award a contract to EXP Services Inc. for Geotechnical Engineering Consultant services to the Delta Hospital Energy Centre Upgrade Project.  The scope of work includes Site Investigation, Assessment & Analysis, Design Report, Specifications, and Geotechnical services during the Construction phase.
    The maximum value of this contract will be in the range of $200,000 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but intends to direct award the contract for the following reasons:EXP Services Inc. has been providing geotechnical engineering consulting services for the Delta Long-Term Care project since April 2025. EXP Services Inc. are a pre-qualified engineer with the Health Authority. EXP Services Inc. has extensive knowledge of geotechnical conditions at the Delta Hospital site. EXP Services Inc. is currently engaged in the Delta Long-Term Care ground improvement work and can carry over lessons learned to the Energy Centre Upgrade Project. EXP Services Inc. maintains a seniority level: Expert, as required by the project. EXP Services Inc.’s resources include professional geotechnical engineers.Consultants may challenge this decision by sending an email to Carolyn Wiens by March 9, 2026 – 15:00 hours local time.
    Provide proof showing your experience and qualifications related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent. Only challenges from qualified Consulting firms will be reviewed.
