Description
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Business Risk Management Branch is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to ALLen Dobb DBA Allen Dobb Consulting to provide services such as incorporating into the BC Hay replacement methodology for Agriculture Wildlife Program, a complete forage pricing survey to determine regional hay values. The valuation methodology must meet terms of the AWP program and generate unbiased estimates of 2026 replacement values.
