Project Summary:
TransLink has chosen to directly award the contract for SAP SuccessFactors Managed Services and not call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
Notice is hereby given by the British Columbia Rapid Transit Company (“BCRTC”) of its intent to contract with SOMA Medical Assessment Corp., dba IMA Solutions (the “Supplier”), for the provision of Independent Medical Examinations for BCRTC employees. This service is required to support the Chief Medical Officer’s decision-making regarding medical fitness for duty under the Railway Safety Act.
