    Description

    Overview:
    Notice is hereby given by The Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) of its intent to contract with Cover Architectural Collaborative Inc. (Cover) to provide additional associated works for the architectural scope for energy usage and accessibility at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre (CHRC).
    Cover was contracted directly as a pre-qualified Supplier in accordance with the District’s Qualified Supplier Roster RFSQ 02/21 to provide Architectural services for the provision of design and construction support with knowledge and experience with the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings (GIBC) program, and its accreditation requirements.   

    The Supplier has the specific expertise, knowledge and experience required to complete the work, which was initially estimated within the ability of Saanich to select any supplier as outlined within the Professional Consulting Services Qualified Supplier Roster program.  

    The value of the contract is estimated at $125,000.
