Description
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Vancouver Community College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Platform as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (“the Scope of Work”).
