Description
This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist CRD in the development of a future procurement process, if any.

Respondents are asked to provide information on the provision of services related to the residential collection of flexible plastics for recycling. The information should include, but is not limited to, options and details based on providing material collection and transportation services to approximately 140,000 households.
