Description
The District of Highlands is seeking bids from qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender for the 2026–2028 Grind and Pave Program. The works include grinding and paving at various locations within the District of Highlands. Asphalt testing and permanent road markings will be carried out by the District of Highlands.
