Description
Tseshaht First Nation (“Tseshaht”) invites qualified Design‑Build teams (“Proponents”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design and construction of the Tseshaht Multiplex, a culturally grounded, multipurpose community facility on Tseshaht IR1.

This RFQ is the first stage of a two‑stage procurement process consistent with CCDC 29 – A Guide to Pre‑Qualification. The purpose of this RFQ is to evaluate Proponents’ experience, capacity, and approach. No pricing information is requested or permitted at this stage.

Only Proponents who successfully pre‑qualify will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). The resulting contract is anticipated to be based on CCDC 14 – Design‑Build Stipulated Price Contract, with supplementary conditions reflecting Tseshaht governance and project‑specific conditions.
