Description
The work of this Contract consists of the supply and installation of materials, including all labour, equipment, plant and tools related to the construction of the Village of Pemberton Water Treatment Plant.The components of the work are generally described as follows:a)     Clearing and levelling of the plant site, including removal of bedrock.b)     Construction of reinforced concrete structures, including backwash holding tank, sanitary holding tank, dichlorination tank, and main plant building foundation. The work includes suspended slabs and slabs on grade.c)      Installation of an Owner-supplied pre-engineered steel building.d)     Construction and finishing of internal building rooms.e)     Supply and installation of a standby generator and associated primary electrical service work.f)       Supply and installation of Greensand Plus Filters and related equipment, valves, and instrumentation.g)     Supply and installation of Greensand Plus Filter related electrical components, which include the control panels and motor control centres.h)     Supply and installation of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) water mains that intercepts the current water supply line.

A MANDATORY SITE MEETING is scheduled for May 7 at 11:00 local time. Attendance at the mandatory site meeting is a requirement for submission of a valid Tender. Only Tenderers who attend and sign the attendance register will be eligible to submit a Tender. Interested parties are to meet at Village of Pemberton Municipal Office, 7400 Prospect Street, Pemberton BC V0N 2L0.
