RFP PHSA 8756 BC RENAL COMMUNITY PHARMACY SERVICES

This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of BC Renal (“BCR”), a provincial agency that plans and coordinates kidney (renal) care for patients across British Columbia. As part of the PHSA, BC Renal works with the regional Health Authority kidney programs and other partners to deliver services like hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and chronic kidney disease clinics throughout the province. The objective is to identify a qualified Proponent (or Proponents) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract (or Contracts) between a Proponent and the PHSA, for the supply of the Community Pharmacy Services described in Appendix H Specifications to the Participating Facilities listed in Appendix G. PHSA encourages Proponents to submit proposals for one or more of the Participating Facilities provided they operate a community pharmacy in the area to provide on-site and local support to BCR patients. PHSA intends to award one Proponent per Participating Facility and/or community. Please refer to H5 Site Specifications for an award breakdown by community. PHSA retains the right to award more than one Proponent in communities with large populations and/or multiple Participating Facilities. Any Contract resulting from this RFP may be executed by PHSA.
