    Description
    This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the F629-00 Adanac Park Lodge Cooling Upgrade. Scope includes removal of the existing chiller and cooling tower, temporary demo of the mechanical room wall to facilitate chiller access, and installation of a replacement chiller. Structural upgrades to the roof will support a new adiabatic cooler, air source heat pump, and associated heat exchangers, all enclosed within a purpose‑built acoustic enclosure. Existing cooling pumps will be replaced with higher‑capacity units, and new piping and four cooling coils will integrate the system with the existing cooling water loop and central AHUs. The project is targeting a ready‑for‑takeover date of February 28th, 2027.
