•     Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with the Bank of Montreal for the provision of banking services. •     Term of the contract - five years commencing on January 1, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional five-year terms, for a maximum potential term of fifteen years.•     Value of the contract - the estimated value of the contract is approximately $2,000,000 over the maximum potential term.

Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board of the event on the City of Vancouver Supplier Portal prior to the closing date and time.

The Notice of Intent to Contract will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
