Description
The Vancouver Island Regional Library is inviting responses from qualified Contractors for janitorial services, for its Comox Branch located at #101-1720 Beaufort Avenue, Comox, BC. 
 Mandatory Site Meeting Attendance is mandatory for those submitting Quotations.  A one-time mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for:  Time:         11:30 a.m., Pacific Standard Time Date:           Thursday, April 30, 2026 Location:  #101-1720 Beaufort Avenue, Comox, BC V9M 1R7  As proof of attendance, at the site meeting Proponents MUST sign the mandatory attendance form.  It is the responsibility of each Proponent to ensure they have signed the attendance form upon arrival.   Quotations submitted by Proponents who have not attended the site meeting or failed to sign the attendance form will be rejected.
