School District No. 23 (the District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the provision of HVAC Duct Cleaning Services at District facilities on an as-requested, as-required, scheduled multi-year basis. This document is issued as a public tender in accordance with the District's Procurement Policy and applicable Provincial requirements for public body procurement, and is administered through the BC Bid portal.
