Description
The City of North Vancouver (“CNV”) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to undertake approximately 2.57 hectares of FireSmart fuel reduction treatment works within two municipally owned parks:Kealy Woods Park - approximately 0.70 hectares Tempe Park - approximately 1.87 hectaresThese parks contain forested and semi-forested areas directly adjacent to residential neighbourhoods, public trails, and municipal infrastructure, and have been identified as priority locations for wildfire risk reduction due to wildland-urban interface conditions, fuel continuity, and public exposure.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at Kealy Woods Park on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 9AM. At the Park Entrance sign at 616 21st St E, North Vancouver, BC V7L 4V8 See attachement for details.
