Kinetic Construction Ltd., acting as the City of Courtenay's Construction Manager for this project, has issued the Invitation to Tender packages for the City's East Courtenay Firehall Project. Tenderers are encouraged to review all applicable tender documents, including the supplemental specifications, scope of work, drawings, specifications, and addenda, as these collectively form part of the Contract Documents and establish the full requirements of the Work.
