Description
This RFP is issued by UVic to obtain Proposals from qualified suppliers wishing to provide Subsea Cable Lay Services as described in the Appendix 1-2 - Requirements of the RFP. This project entails laying a telecom cable to connect the existing subsea infrastructure to the new observatory site. These operations will require a cable ship and expert cable engineering services.
