The City is seeking proposals from qualified Multidisciplinary Design Teams to provide professional engineering services to advance the design for the Clement Crosstown Connector Segment 1 from Spall Road to Highway 33 (the “Project”). The selected firm will support the City through all remaining phases including planning, design, procurement, construction and close-out.
