Description
Work under this Contract includes the design and supply of all materials, labour, and equipment to:
• Design and construct an inclusive, accessible playground integrated within the existing site.
• Include all necessary site preparation works, including verification and confirmation of underground utilities. Note: that removal of the existing playground will be completed by the Owner.
• Supply and install firm, stable, slip-resistant, and uniform surfacing throughout the play area, including but not limited to rubberized surfacing.
• Supply and install durable, high-quality, and age-appropriate play equipment.
• Include accessible and inclusive play features within all equipment selections.
• Supply and install seating elements, including benches.
• Construct all works to ensure accessibility, durability, and full integration with site conditions.
