Description
For the 2026/27 winter season, the CVRD and/or its designated agent for sheltering services are seeking to secure a facility to support:
• 24 - 30 Temporary Winter Shelter (TWS) spaces, and
• Up to 20 additional Extreme Weather Response (EWR) spaces
The anticipated lease term is from October 24, 2026 to May 7, 2027.
The intent of this EOI is to identify suitable properties and establish a shortlist of viable space opportunities for further discussion and potential agreement.
Notes
This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
