The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) invites proposals from experienced and qualified proponents to provide landscape architectural services to plan and develop a concept design that transforms the 17 acres of land surrounding a Doukhobor heritage home into a valued and usable community asset in Grand Forks, British Columbia.
