Invitation to Tender – Trade Contractor Tender Package TP-01 – Cranbrook Childcare Facility

Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested regarding City of Cranbrook Childcare Facility at 20 17^th Ave, N, Cranbrook BC.

The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM PST on Thursday June 11, 2026:

The project consists of construction of a new single storey, slab on grade, prefabricated wood frame and CLT panel childcare center, adjacent to the existing Western Financial Place, including new landscaping and outdoor child play areas.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

RFI cutoff period is June 1 by 3:00PM PST. Please note the time zones specifically- the site in Cranbrook follows MDT; Unitech Construction Management office is in Delta BC on PST.
