Description
The City is seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Mechanical Contractor with expertise in commercial heating plant systems to assess the condition of the existing boiler plant and provide a complete solution for its replacement. The Work includes the evaluation, design development, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new boiler system to replace the existing end‑of‑life equipment, along with targeted upgrades as identified in this RFP.
