Description
Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Vernon (the “City”) invites Proposals for Major Trades Contractors to join a highly collaborative Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) team for the delivery of the Active Living Centre (“ALC”) project.   This RFP has been issued based on a Multi-Category Decision process. Respondents may submit on any number of the categories.
For the purposes of this RFP, the Major Trades Categories shall include:
•  Civil Contractor •  Mass Timber Installer •  Pool Mechanical Contractor •  Electrical Contractor •  Mechanical Contractor •  Structural Steel Contractor
