The purpose of this RFIQ is to select and pre-qualify firms for Information Communication and Technology Services to provide computer hardware, peripherals, (Infrastructure), consulting and advisory services to the City.
Obtaining RFIQ Documents
RFIQ Documents are available for downloading from the City of Coquitlam website: https://www.coquitlam.ca/140/Bid-Opportunities
Printing of RFIQ documents is the sole responsibility of the Respondents.
Submissions will be received on or before 2:00 pm local time on:

Questions
All questions regarding this RFIQ should be submitted in writing 3 business days prior to the Closing Date, referencing the RFIQ number and name sent to email: bid@coquitlam.ca
Questions received after that time may not receive a response.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Submissions and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Respondents in preparing a response.
Submissions will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Respondent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
