Description
City of Delta is seeking a firm to supply and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) for corporate‐wide management of learning initiatives and professional certificates. The LMS will provide training required to fulfil regulatory obligations (WorkSafe, WHMIS, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) cyber training) and Delta-specific training and modules including but not limited to Delta new hire orientation, virtual classrooms, onboarding systems training, and managerial development courses.
The City of Delta wants to move to a cloud-based learning management system that would manage licensing of regulatory courses, manage enrolment and waitlisting of Delta’s courses, and manage certificate expiration and renewal.

It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing, any addenda issued by the City of Delta (the “City”). Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.
