The Corporation of the Township of Langley (the “Owner”) invites tenders for Tender No. FT 23-207 - Demolition: 7446 209A ST Langley B.C., for the hazardous materials abatement, demolition, and site rejuvenation of a two-storey residential house & property at 7446 209A ST that includes a residential onsite wastewater treatment system, inground outdoor pool, hottub, concrete patio, assorted wooden fencing and a shed.
