Description
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking expressions of interest / Bids from vendors with expertise in provision of a PCI-compliant cloud-based Mobile Parking Payment Solution meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261764-ENG-RFP - Scope of Work. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. Term of the contract & options: 5-year period, with 4 possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 9 years. 

The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).  Bids/Expressions of Interest may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City.
