Description
UBC Okanagan Campus is seeking a Custodial Services provider to provide custodial support in two annual cycles for the Student Housing portion of the campus. One cycle is routine services provided during the academic semesters when students occupy the housing units on a continuous basis. The other cycle is the Conferences season between the Spring and Winter semesters during which the Housing units operate similar to a hotel operation. A crucial factor to the success of this contract is managing the significant increase in services needed to support transition between the two cycles.
As part of this contract award, the Service Provider will be assuming a contract with the local union for the SEIU.
