The Almer Carson pool house is located approximately ten minutes north of Boston Barat 48846 Highline Road, North Bend, BC. Currently, the house is finished with aging cedar siding and wooden trim. The building requires an exterior retrofit including the removal and replacement of siding, fascia and trim.
