The City of Terrace invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the design, fabrication, and installation of an art mural that is to be mounted to a new concrete wall that is being installed as part of the Lakelse Avenue Revitalization – 4600 Block project. The art mural will be installed upon completion of the Lakelse Avenue Revitalization – 4600 Block project which is currently planned for a Fall 2026 completion
