Description
Two Phases - Phase One, identify locations along the Horsefly-Likely FSR and Cariboo River FSR’s that do not meet sightline and/or safety requirements for a 40 km/hr road and provide recommendations to improve areas of concern. Phase Two, complete appropriate survey and geometric road designs of the locations agreed upon by the Ministry for improvements. Design shall be submitted as Issued for Construction (IFC) at the end of the contract.
