    Description
    This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor for Project # F204-00 Sechelt Hospital (SH) Fluoroscopy Room Renovation. It includes all general construction work required to prepare the room for the replacement of fluoroscopy equipment. The renovation of the fluoroscopy room includes demolition and architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural modifications to accommodate the new equipment. The total project area is 39.32 m². The Work also includes construction of a new equipment enclosure of approximately 2.5 m² on Level 0 to house support equipment for the fluoroscopy system.
    Removal of the existing fluoroscopy equipment and installation of the new equipment will be carried out by the Owner’s equipment vendor (Siemens) under a separate contract. The General Contractor is responsible for coordination and for ensuring the room and services are prepared and ready for installation.

    The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to occur by the end of November 2026.
