Notice is hereby given that Providence Health Care Society (“PHC”), located at 1081 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6Z 1Y6, intends to directly award a contract to the supplier identified below for the purchase of two (2) MindfulGarden Digital Therapeutic Devices, together with two (2) software subscription licenses for a term of twenty-four (24) months, for use at St. Paul’s Hospital, inclusive of delivery, implementation, training, maintenance, and support (collectively, the “MindfulGarden Solution”), for an estimated total contract value of CAD$96,000 over the 24-month term.
