Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with FirstService Residential BC Ltd (“FirstService”) to expand the scope of their existing property management contract to include tenant management of social housing units at 1482 Robson Street/808 Nicola Street.  Term of the contract – approximately twelve and a half (12.5) months Value of the contract – approximately $33,062.00 CAD Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board for the event on the City of Vancouver supplier portal prior to the closing date and time.Further information on this procurement opportunity is available at this link:
