Description
The Village of New Denver is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants or multidisciplinary consultant teams to undertake a comprehensive review and renewal of the Village’s Official Community Plan. The project includes community engagement, policy development, land use planning, housing and growth management considerations, mapping, and preparation of a new Official Community Plan Bylaw to guide the Village’s future growth and development.
