VCH10981 - Connections CHC Relocation

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the VCH10981 Connections CHC Relocation Project. This Project is for interior tenant improvement of approximately 125.81 Sqm of ground-floor shell space for a Vancouver Coastal Health Clinic.  The facility is designed to support care delivery for individuals with substance disorders while improving client and staff experience.  The scope includes new interior partitions and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support clinical operations.  The program includes six treatment spaces, a patient washroom, a team care station and support spaces. The ready for takeover date is anticipated to be November 25, 2026.
