This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Taylor to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the 05-2026 Lone Wolf Facility Upgrades

Description
The scope of work includes the following:
1. Front Stairs-Full Concrete Option
• Remove existing timbers and bricks. Material to be left for the District
• Excavate for new stair/landings
• Gravel and grading for new landings/stairs
• Form for new landings/stairs
• Supply and install rebar
• Place and finish concrete for landings/stairs
• Supply and install new steel Handrail on both sides of landings/stairs
The district would like to see a new design for the stairs that is more ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing. Please provide concept drawing for new stair design.
2. Loading Ramp Trench Drain
• Jackhammer 10' x 22' area and dispose of rubble
• Excavate for trench drain system
• Supply and install trench drain system
• Tie trench drain into existing drainpipe
• Cast Trench Drain System in with new concrete
• Re grade gravel package for 5” concrete slab
• Supply and install rebar
• Place and finish 5” concrete to 10’ x 20’ area
3. Loading Ramp Retaining Wall-East Side
• Cut approx. 20' of asphalt and remove/dispose
• Excavate for 3 sections of lock blocks and remove dirt from site
• Supply and install 6- concrete lock blocks
• Backfill retaining wall
• Repair pavement into wall
• Adjust and re install existing handrail
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Total Budget $93,000.00.
Work to be completed before October 5th, 2026.
The District of Taylor will have a site visit July 06th,2026 @ 1:30 pm. This site visit is not mandatory however it is strongly advised to have a representative present.
