Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Fraser Valley Regional Library (the “FVRL”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for People Counting System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The objective of this RFP is to select a qualified supplier (the Supplier) for the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, support and maintenance of a People Counting System (PCS) at all FVRL public service locations as per Section B of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B).
