submissions for the following Contracts:
11 30 13 – Supply and Installation Appliances
The overall project consists of Two Six-Story Multi-Family Residential Buildings with an underground
common parkade located at 1132 Johnson Street, Victoria BC.
Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management Inc.
Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Friday, July 3rd, 2026.
Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
