Housing Corporation (CRHC) – Campus View Affordable Housing Project, invites tender
submissions for the following Contracts:
11 30 13 – Supply and Installation of Appliances
The overall project consists of Two Six-Story Multi-Family Residential Buildings with an
underground common parkade located at 2249 McCoy Road, Saanich BC.
Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management
Inc. Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, July 10,
2026. Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
