Description
Construction of a new water treatment plant (WTP) to serve the campground and day use area at Porteau Cove Park. The WTP is to be housed in an existing building, converted for this purpose, and consist of cartridge filtration, UV disinfection, post treatment conditioning and disinfection.  The WTP source is from a ground water source with well pump already installed in 2026. The contracted works shall also consist of a treated water reservoir, distribution pumps, hydropneumatics tanks, HDPE watermain, HDPE drain piping and controls package.  Building upgrades to include various removals, doors, HVAC, and plumbing.

The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s).
