Description
The Resort Municipality of Whistler invites Proposals from qualified and multidisciplinary consulting teams to undertake a comprehensive Due Diligence and Pre-Feasibility Study of six RMOW-owned parcels. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain detailed proposals from qualified Proponents with demonstrated expertise in environmental assessment, infrastructure servicing, and geotechnical review.
The primary objective of the Study is to produce a high-level pre-feasibility assessment of the Subject Lands to identify development opportunities, constraints, risks, and key considerations associated with potential future residential development. The Study is intended to provide the RMOW with a robust baseline understanding of each site before advancing into detailed planning, design, or future development application processes. The Study will function as a strategic due diligence and pre-feasibility exercise only and will not include detailed site design, subdivision design, formal development applications, or detailed engineering.
The anticipated schedule is as follows:
• Project Kick-off: Week of July 20, 2026
• Final Strategy Delivery: September 17, 2026
