Take notice that in accordance with Section 15 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of the Cariboo Natural Resource Region has offered a replacement forest licence to the holders of the forest licence A94131 in the Williams Lake Timber Supply Area as listed below.
Forest Licence A94131
Licence Holder:  Tl’esqox First Nation
Location:  Williams Lake TSA
The replacement forest licence has a term of 15 years, specifies the same timber supply area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licence it replaces.
